     Briefly address the concept and steps involved in problem solving
     Help you better understand when to use active listening and when to promote problem solving
     Provide a demonstration of problem solving steps and techniques
     Focus on skill-building
     Enhance your ability to teach your child how to problem solve in social and emotional situations
